Where to Watch the Premier League in the USA (2026-27)

Short answer: in the United States, every Premier League match belongs to NBCUniversal, and the cheapest way to see the most of them is Peacock Premium at $12.99 a month. The catch: Peacock alone doesn't give you everything. Around 175 matches are Peacock-only, the biggest weekend games air on NBC, and a sizeable batch sit on the USA Network cable channel, which Peacock doesn't carry live.

How the 380 matches are split

NBC Sports has shown the Premier League in the US since 2013, and its current six-year deal runs to the end of the 2027-28 season. The 2026-27 campaign started late, on 22 August, because of the World Cup, and ends on 30 May 2027.

Peacock exclusive About 175 Peacock Premium or Premium Plus
USA Network (plus some on CNBC or other NBCU channels) Most of the rest Cable, satellite or a live TV streaming service
NBC A marquee game most weekends Free with an antenna; also streams on Peacock

Exact numbers vary slightly by season, and NBC picks its channels a few weeks ahead. The key point is that no single product covers all 380 live.

Peacock: the core subscription

Peacock Premium costs $12.99 a month or $129.99 a year after the August 2026 price rise. Premium Plus, at $19.99 a month, adds fewer ads on on-demand shows and downloads, but the football is the same.

Peacock gives you the exclusive matches, a live stream of NBC's Premier League games, full replays shortly after the final whistle, condensed matches and highlights. For many fans, especially those who follow one club, Peacock covers most of what they want each weekend.

The gap is USA Network. Those games don't stream live on Peacock, and they often include big fixtures. Peacock does add full-match replays of them afterwards, so if you don't mind watching later, Peacock alone can work.

Getting USA Network without cable

USA Network is carried by most live TV streaming services. The main options, at list prices in late 2026, are:

  • Sling TV Blue: usually the cheapest route to USA Network, and it includes NBC in selected markets.
  • YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, Fubo and DirecTV Stream: fuller packages with NBC and USA Network, starting at roughly $80 a month or more.

Once you have one of these, you can also sign in to the NBC Sports app with it. Check channel lists by ZIP code before subscribing, and look for football-season offers; our guide to legal IPTV options in the US explains how these live TV services compare.

Three setups, from cheapest to complete

1. Peacock only (about $13 a month). Every Peacock-exclusive match live, NBC games live, and USA Network games as replays. Best value for most fans.

2. Peacock plus an antenna. The same, with NBC's matches in higher broadcast quality on your TV, and a backup if the internet struggles.

3. Peacock plus a live TV service. Every match live, including USA Network. This is what you need if your club's big fixtures keep landing on cable, but it costs $50 to $100 a month more.

A useful trick: keep Peacock all season and add a monthly live TV service only for months when your team has several USA Network games.

Kick-off times on the East and West coasts

English football is an early-morning habit in the US. The usual slots:

UK time Eastern (ET) Pacific (PT)
Saturday 12:30 7:30am 4:30am
Saturday 15:00 10:00am 7:00am
Saturday 17:30 12:30pm 9:30am
Sunday 14:00 9:00am 6:00am
Sunday 16:30 11:30am 8:30am

Times shift by an hour for a few weeks in spring and autumn, when the US and UK change their clocks on different dates. Saturday's 3pm UK games, which aren't televised in Britain, are all available live in the US, mostly on Peacock.

Spanish-language coverage

NBCUniversal also holds the Spanish-language rights. Many Peacock streams offer a Spanish commentary option, and NBCU's Spanish networks have carried selected matches in past seasons. The mix changes, so check Peacock's listings or the Telemundo Deportes schedule for a specific game.

Other English football in the US

NBC's rights cover only the Premier League. English clubs' other competitions are sold separately in the US: the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League stream on Paramount+, which also carries EFL football, while the domestic cups have their own US partners that change more often. Our Champions League guide covers European nights. Confirm the broadcaster for a cup tie before paying for anything.

What to avoid. "Every channel" IPTV offers often advertise all 380 matches for a small yearly fee. They aren't licensed, they drop out on busy Saturdays, and they leave you with no recourse. With most of the season available for $13 a month on Peacock, the legal route is also the most reliable.

Devices, apps and picture quality

Peacock, the NBC Sports app and the live TV services all run on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Google TV, recent Samsung and LG televisions, games consoles, phones and web browsers. A few practical points help on match day.

Sign in the night before. Early kick-offs mean you're often opening the app half-asleep at 7:30am ET. Updating the app and checking your sign-in the evening before avoids a missed opening goal.

Streams per account. Peacock allows a limited number of simultaneous streams per account, and live TV services have their own limits. If several people in a household watch different matches at 10am on a Saturday, check your plan's limit first.

Picture quality. Peacock streams most Premier League matches in HD, and has offered selected games in higher quality on supported devices. The biggest improvement for most viewers is a steady connection: a wired Ethernet cable or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi to the streaming device matters more than the plan tier.

Watching away from home. Peacock works across the US on phones and tablets. Outside the US, Peacock's live Premier League matches are generally not available, because rights belong to each country's own broadcaster.

Replays and spoilers. If you watch later in the day, Peacock's full-match replays are the cleanest option. Turn off sports notifications on your phone, and avoid the home screen of YouTube, which tends to surface highlights with the score in the thumbnail.

Common mistakes

Subscribing to Peacock and expecting every match live. USA Network games aren't live on Peacock. Check which channel your club's next few matches are on.

Forgetting the clocks. For a few weeks in March and in late October and early November, the UK and US are out of step, and kick-offs move by an hour for American viewers.

Paying for the wrong Peacock tier. Premium Plus doesn't add more football; Premium is enough.

Assuming Peacock works abroad. Travel outside the US and live Premier League matches disappear from the app.

Missing the midweek rounds. The 2026-27 season has five midweek rounds, often with 2:30pm or 3pm ET kick-offs on weekdays. These are frequently on Peacock, so set reminders if you work during the day and plan to watch replays.

Assuming cup games are included. FA Cup, Carabao Cup and European matches aren't part of NBC's package, so Peacock won't show them.

Overlooking bundles. Some Walmart+ memberships and certain mobile and broadband plans include Peacock. Check what you already pay for before subscribing separately, as it could save you the full subscription cost.
