Short answer: the 2026 list price of NFL Sunday Ticket is $480 for the season through YouTube Primetime Channels, or $378 if you also subscribe to YouTube TV. Discounts are the norm rather than the exception: eligible new subscribers pay from $240, students $119, and verified military, teachers and first responders about $198. The catch is what it doesn't include: your local team's games, and every Thursday, Sunday-night and Monday game.

Every 2026 price
YouTube announced 2026 pricing ahead of the season, its fourth as Sunday Ticket's home. The figures below are per season, as published or widely reported at launch.
| Who | Without YouTube TV | With YouTube TV |
|---|---|---|
| Standard list price | $480 | $378 |
| Eligible new subscribers | From $240 (up to 50% off) | Lower still with some bundles |
| New, with YouTube Premium and YouTube TV | - | Reported from $204 |
| Returning, with YouTube Premium | Reported around $336 | Reported around $234 |
| Students (verified) | $119 | $119 |
| Military, teachers, first responders, medical | About $198 | About $198 |
The YouTube TV column is on top of YouTube TV's own monthly price, which runs to roughly $83 a month for the base plan. Sunday Ticket doesn't require YouTube TV; YouTube Primetime Channels sells it on its own.
Payment can usually be spread across monthly instalments through the season, which raises the effective cost slightly.
What the money buys
Every out-of-market Sunday afternoon game in the regular season, live, in the early and late windows.
Multiview, showing up to four games at once on supported devices, and the ability to watch on phones and computers as well as TVs.
Not included: games shown on your local CBS or Fox station, which you watch there instead; Thursday Night Football on Prime Video; Sunday Night Football on NBC; Monday Night Football on ESPN; Netflix's special games; preseason and playoffs.
The practical effect is that Sunday Ticket is valuable for fans who live away from their team, and much less so for anyone who lives in their team's market.
RedZone: add-on or separate?
NFL RedZone, the channel that switches between games whenever a team nears the end zone, is an optional add-on to Sunday Ticket, reported at roughly $40 extra for the season.
It's also available on its own through NFL+ Premium and through sports add-ons on live TV services. If you mainly want RedZone and not complete games, one of those is likely to be cheaper than Sunday Ticket plus the add-on.
How to get the lower price
Check your inbox and the YouTube app before paying. YouTube sends targeted offers to returning subscribers, and they vary between accounts.
Students verify through a third-party service and pay $119 for the season. Military, teachers, first responders and medical workers verify through ID.me.
Mobile carrier offers. Some carriers, Verizon among them, have run Sunday Ticket promotions including free or discounted seasons on certain plans. Check your carrier's current offers.
Buy early, but watch for mid-season drops. Early-bird pricing tends to be the best advertised rate. Historically, prices have also fallen during the season as fewer weeks remain.
Sunday Ticket versus the alternatives

| Antenna | Your local CBS, Fox, NBC and ABC games | Free after the aerial |
| Live TV service | Local channels, ESPN, usually NFL Network and RedZone add-on | About $80-90 per month |

Watching it on your TV
Sunday Ticket lives inside the YouTube and YouTube TV apps, so it works on nearly every mainstream streaming device and smart TV: Google TV and Android TV, Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, recent Samsung and LG televisions, games consoles, phones and web browsers.
Use the same Google account you bought it with. Most "I paid but can't see the games" problems are a TV signed in to a different account, often a child's or a work profile.
Multiview needs a supported device. It's built for TVs running the YouTube TV app and isn't available everywhere, so check before you plan a four-game Sunday on an older stick.
Mind the network. Several simultaneous HD games on one screen, or games on several screens, add up. A wired connection to the main television is the single most useful upgrade on a busy Sunday.
Location matters. Sunday Ticket decides which games are local from where you are, not where you live. Watching on your phone in another city can change which games are blacked out that day.
Outside the US
Sunday Ticket is a US product. Outside the United States, the NFL sells NFL Game Pass on DAZN in most countries, which includes every game, prime-time included, without the out-of-market restrictions. Our NFL viewing guide covers international options.
Using a US Sunday Ticket subscription from abroad sits outside YouTube's terms, and the international product is usually the better deal anyway.
Is it worth it in 2026?
Yes if you follow a team outside your local market, watch most Sundays, and can get one of the discounted prices.
Probably not if your team is local (its games are on free TV), if you mainly watch prime time, or if you're happy with RedZone alone.
Cancelling: YouTube's refund policy for Sunday Ticket has historically been limited once the season starts. Check the current terms before you buy rather than assuming you can drop it after a few weeks.
